While some of us probably feel a bit weird about the whole artificial intelligence thing, there is no doubt a time and place for everything. Our guest today on The Health Detective Podcast, David Gull, came up with one of the best and most interesting uses of AI that we've ever seen!
 
If you've ever done a guided meditation, you might have found that some of them fit you perfectly while others didn't seem to quite work.
