Description

Today we are talking to one of FDN's own mentors, Elizabeth Gaines!

Elizabeth Gaines is a Functional Health Practitioner and Burnout Recovery Expert that specializes in understanding how stress and disempowerment lead the body out of balance and into disease. Elizabeth combines functional screenings that analyzes the body's core systems with holistic lifestyle changes to bring about long-lasting and personalized healing to her clients. Her role is not to mitigate symptoms but rather to create health.

Driven by a belief that health is the ultimate form of self-love, she helps those helping themselves out of chronic disempowerment reclaim their energy and tackle the root cause of their health issues so they can return to their naturally vibrant state of being.

Elizabeth is passionate about helping people understand that powerful feeling of hating your life is often simply the body's way of asking for help. She helps promote a deeper understanding of burnout, the stigma and isolation that surround it, and how to understand it from a physical perspective.

In addition to her own practice, Elizabeth is thrilled to have joined the Mentor Team at FDN in 2020.
