Ev happens to be a huge fan of personality theory, and it just so happens that today's guest, Renee Bergmen, actually incorporates the enneagram (a well-known and respected model for categorizing personalities) into her FDN-P practice.

The reason this is important is because, if you're like the people that come to us at FDNthrive, it's more than likely that you've been dealing with your health challenges for YEARS! To truly get better, then, it will usually take a lot more than just some changes in diet and some supplements.
