Description
We live in a toxic world. Every day we are exposed to an array of environmental toxins in our air, water, soil, and food. Luckily, our body is well-equipped to handle most of them. Additionally, there are things we can do to help optimize the body’s detoxification process. Not only should we try to avoid toxins whenever possible, but we can also support the process of detoxification by focusing on nutrition, the GI tract, our skin, and proper hydration.
In today’s episode, we review steps in the body’s process of detoxification and speak to Dr. Christine Stubbe of Genova’s Medical Affairs team on her personal detox protocol.
