Today’s guest is the amazing Dr Amanda Waaldyk, she is the founder and director of Angea’s Women’s Health clinic, an integrative Chinese medicine practice with a focus on fertility, female endocrinology and supporting Women through every phase of life. Amanda is a registered doctor of Chinese medicine, yoga & meditation teacher, acupuncturist and energy healer as well as a mum to two adorable kids. We chat with Amanda all about fertility, menstrual cycles, learning to understand and be more in tune with our bodies, some of our cultural failings to listen and trust our innate wisdom and so much more.
