Description
Hi friends! So we did one of those question things on instagram recently asking mums out there if they experience the dreaded mum guilt. Surprisingly (but not) the results were 100% yes! Gosh! We weren't really surprised but it was a moment of understanding that there’s a collective mental drain between us mums. We were also intrigued, so here we are to talk about. We chat about our experiences with it and when and how it shows up for us, why we feel we’re all experiencing it and the day to day mental impact that it holds over us. So much of it is comparison, external pressures and the way we see how motherhood ‘should’ be. Tune in and join the conversation, we’d love to hear your thoughts!
