Description

What do you really need to get pregnant?
What an interesting discussion for anyone on a fertility journey, as I interview Dr Houng Lau about this huge topic...she makes it so simple. Dr Houng is an experienced Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal doctor, familiar with using oriental medicine to help people with natural fertility or assisting those going through IVF.   In this episode we discuss : - Houng discusses her 3 most important things for fertility health - the importance of fertile mucus   - how to tell if you have fertile mucus  - when to have intercourse, can you have too much?  - Ovulation - how to tell when you are ovulating?  - Coffee, Alcohol and what substances you should stop / reduce when trying to conceive?  - Exercise when trying to conceive?  - Is there such as thing as fertility herbs to get pregnant?   - how a herbalist and acupuncturist would be able to assist patients in both natural conception and IVF.  Such a pleasure to interview Houng and discuss such a wealth of valuable information for many women and men out there looking to have a baby now or in the future.   Questions welcome. please let the host Marie Hopkinson know your thoughts and questions in the comments below.
