Using Chinese herbs at home can be exciting and fun but often getting stared is hard not knowing where to start, or even where to get herbs to make teas, balms, external liniments etc.   External Applications of herbs is one of the lesser known / used aspects of Chinese herbal medicine, and can included herbal teas, herbal liniments, poultices, balms, soaks, and other applications. 
In this episode, Marie interviews Adam Heysom-McDowell, an Acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist from Annandale, NSW.
