Welcome to the Grounded Sleep Podcast! In this new episode, I will make sure that you experience calm sleep, night after night. Meditation is moving from being unconscious to conscious, but as we go to sleep we're going unconscious in a conscious way with intention with clarity and with ease. A calm sleep meditation will require you to clear your mind and focus your attention on your breath.  
You don't have to do anything except get into bed, close your eyes, and allow me to guide you into a deep, peaceful rest. 
Enjoy letting go of the day, quieting all the mental noise, and going back to that primordial place of stillness that is calling you back.
