Close your eyes and focus on your breath.

Visualize yourself as the beautiful mother you are. 

See all the hard work, love, and dedication you have put into raising your children. 

Remember all the moments of joy, laughter, and comfort you have given them.

As you inhale, fill yourself with a sense of pride for the, perhaps, imperfect mother you have become. 

Being a mother is not an easy task, and it's okay to make mistakes. 

Embrace your imperfections and know they have been opportunities for growth and self-improvement.

Recognize all the sacrifices and choices you have made for your children's well-being. 

Acknowledge the many times you have risen to the challenge with grace and strength.

Exhale and let go of any negative thoughts or self-criticism. 

Know that you are doing your best and that your children love you for who you are, imperfections and all. 

Being a good mother does not mean being perfect, it means loving and providing for your children to the best of your ability.
