Bulling is often defined as one person intentionally and consistently causing emotional or physical harm to another person. We would like to expand this definition by also including behaviour that causes serious harm whether it is intended or not. We look at the the make-up of bullies. What makes somebody bully another person?We then discuss the impact of being at the receiving end of bullying.
