Description

The pandemic has reshaped not only how people work, but how the world collectively thinks about and recognizes the importance of mental health in and out of the workplace.

According to a new survey from Yoh, employers are failing to answer the call. In fact, a recent survey from Yoh, found three-quarters of employed Americans (76%) feel their employer does not make the mental health of its employees a priority.

Our guest for this special episode of the Back to Work is Janet Gerhard, Director of Public Relations for FHE Health. Janet speaks nationally on issues related to bullying and hostile work environments, stress and anxiety in the workplace, and how to handle addiction and/or behavioral health crises in the workforce.
