Description

After many years of increasing calls for tangible action to create diversity and equity in the United States, American employees are still waiting for those changes to come in the workplace. In a new survey from Yoh, data reveals that less than one-third of employed Americans say their company has made strides in becoming a more diverse workplace over the past two years.

In the first episode of this two-part series for Back to Work, Regina Blair, Vice President of Talent and Diversity and Inclusion at Day & Zimmerman, joins the podcast to discuss the benefits of having a diverse workplace, strategies for promoting inclusivity and how to ensure women are represented at all levels in the workplace.

“Back to Work” is a podcast from Yoh, a leading international talent and outsourcing company, that highlights employers and employees as they return to work in 2021. For some, the pandemic turned homes into mini offices, while others lost their source of income all together. As vaccines become available, workers will be shifting back to their offices and workplace settings. This podcast focuses on the effort of returning to normalcy or shaping what the new normal will look like for employers and employees alike.
