In this episode, I talk about how a lot of us are in the situation we are in with certain people/men because we do not take accountability for the shit we let slide. I said it numerous times you have to set the tone with men and people because people/Manuel only treat you as good as you allow them to, and will only treat you as bad as you allow them to. You need to learn how to stop scratching the itch that’s in the habit yoi want to kick! If YOU want to change you have to CHANHE. Stop allowing shit you would allow in the past! Look you might not know this but YOU DONT HAVE TO BE THE SAME PERSON OR WAY YOUVE BEEN BEFORE. You can change RIGHT NOW , this MINUTE, you can change tonight and be a different person tomorrow who values and respects themselves.
