In this episode, I talk about having a plan when you let a man back into your life. As I emphasized in past episodes boundaries are super important because they allow you to understand what you will, and will not allow with anyone new or old. When it comes to people from our past, we tend to forget the bad times we had with them, and only remember the good and that’s why we allow them to enter our lives again, and again. This episode is to give you an idea and a plan as to how you will need to change your mindset in order for you NOT to go through the same things you’ve been through with the person who you are allowing back into your life. People make mistakes and maybe they are not the same person they were in the past, but you can’t gamble your journey because we are supposed to be evolving AND learning from our mistakes, and not making them after we learned from them. You don’t have to be a bitch per se, but you do need to know how to handle certain people, especially if they have taken you for granted before, and you felt like in the past, you were putting more effort than the other person or not being treated the best. You are in charge of your life and only you know what you will allow, and what you want. Always have an EXIT strategy when it comes to people from your past because it allows you to let go of them sooner than later, when you understand that they are not meeting the criteria. ??
