[4:28] The Playboy Lifestyle “I became a willing participant of the partying, in the lifestyle, and instead of using any morals that I grew up with, any reasoning, I just went full into it, and I did that really, because I thought that was expected of me.” [9:21] Family and Friends/ Perspective of Others “I didn’t talk to my mom probably for a couple years; she was so disappointed in me. It brought a lot of shame to my family.” [17:25] Spirituality “I also think that us tuning into nature and having that fascination with it is where we find divinity in all things… we learn all these lessons just by observing nature.” [18:55] After Playboy TV “I found that it’s so fun and exciting to find out who I really was and my core essence. My core essence was nothing like I was doing… I started looking at what I valued, and I started acting according to that.” [24:25] Being Honest to Ourselves “The self-honesty thing goes from blaming everyone for the way I feel about them, into saying ‘I am actually responsible for the way I feel about them’.” [36:23] Stop Outsourcing Power “I have everything I need within me, I just need to unlock that power through embodiment, through integration, because if I have a head full of knowledge, but I am not doing anything with it, what’s the point?” [40:38] Prioritize Self-love “To prioritize ourselves, so we can show up for the collective — show up for our families, show up for our clients, show up to our romantic lovers, as the best versions of us, is hardly selfish. It’s necessary.” [45:29] Authentic “Now I feel like instead of making a hundred people like me, I just care that I’m so authentic that one or two people just really love the real me. That’s so important.” [51:57] Love and Friendships “If I can’t be real with myself, how can I be real with anyone else?
