[2:40] The End Goal “That’s the beautiful thing about anything that we do in life, when you really love what you do for work… you just want to do it because you know that it’s creating impact out there.” [6:38] Setbacks “I started to feel depressed… I also knew that there were parts of me that I couldn’t fully show up for them.” [14:34] Embodying It “What is the result? It’s actually feeling really good about ourselves, it’s about loving ourselves, it’s about putting boundaries in place to be like ‘No, I love you but I love myself more’.” [18:00] Feeling Broken “I was putting so much stress in my body… I had disorder eating and I was excessively working out.” [21:53] Physical and Spiritual “It was not only about the physical fitness, it was the spirituality… my relationship with God and universe is beautiful.” [23:35] Functional Medicine “Instead of saying ‘I can’t have this’, say things like ‘I don’t do that’. Choose not to, it’s literally a choice.” [26:28] Health Changes “Working out less, eating more healthy foods… and I start to lose the weight. I felt better; my body started to relax a bit.” [29:48] New App “It’s customized nutrition and workout plans.
