[3:37] Love on 30A “I did think it would really be special to surprise Sean with our own wedding song that I wrote and recorded for him, and his reaction was priceless.” [4:48] Red Flags “Maybe the biggest form of self-care that I could do is remove these toxic people that are in my life; and it’s so hard to see when you’re in it because you wanna give people the benefit of the doubt.”  [10:00] Parental Patterns “I think seeing that in my entire life, I made the assumption that ‘All men do that and that’s okay, that’s just what marriage is, right? This is how men act’.” [13:46] Uncomfortability  “It is interesting when you go after something you’ve never thought you know would work; how amazing it could be.” [16:17] Blind Date “I really thought ‘There’s no way. There’s no way we’re gonna be compatible. There’s no way he’s gonna like me’… We’re just in two totally different places in life.” [20:19] Moving Forward “Sometimes writing stuff down is a huge wake up call.
