[4:54] The Catalyst “I started to recognize, okay, there's more to the story, there’s more to what’s going on in my business, there’s more to what’s going on with money, even more to what’s going on with myself.” [8:30] Triggers “In business, you’re in a situation where you’re completely in charge of what happens, so for a lot of us, that could give us a compromise safety and security.” [12:32] Being Regulated “Now I finally feel like ‘I know who I am, I know what I stand for, I know what’s me, I know what’s not me, and I could actually navigate through life, business, money in a much more aware way’.” [19:03] Unpredictability of Income “I had these really high expensive cash months that were really empowering when I looked back on them, but I had to look at like: Okay, why is this only happening sometimes and not all the time?” [26:07] Trusting What You Couldn’t See “The thing with the divine, as I understand it and experienced it, is it can’t help us unless we open the door and invite it to. So ask for help.” [32:14] Proper Manifestation “When we don’t trust something, we try to control it… When we’re in that controlling state, manifestation could be really hard, because you’re putting all the work on yourself. You’re not leaning back to trust. You’re not letting the divine actually help you.” [39:04] Co-dependency “That’s why we could stay stuck in a cycle, cause it’s like we’re trying to heal that pattern, but no one is ever actually meeting us in a way we need to be met.” [48:43] Mutualism “Our healing journey doesn’t just impact us; it impacts the future generations, and everyone around us, and even the people that don’t know us that just observe us in our life.” [50:35] Somatics and Energetics “Sometimes we can’t label why we’re reacting a certain way because it’s not up in the mind; it’s happening in the body.” [57:47] Breaking the Pattern “That’s a bit part of what healing is, it’s like you're in the pattern, and if you have enough awareness to at least say ‘I am not going there anymore’… that could be enough to start the healing process.
