The Big 12 has approved of the Texas Longhorns and Oklahoma Sooners request to exit the conference one year before their TV contracts expire, so in 2024 Texas and Oklahoma will join the Southeastern Conference. With the addition of the Longhorns and Sooners, the SEC will undergo a shakeup in divisions and schedule construction. SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey has expressed his desire to do away with the East and West divisions, so what will SEC schedules look like in 2024 and beyond? What does that mean for LSU?
