Jarace Walker is the highest-ranked commit ever for the Houston Cougars basketball program. Following a strong freshman season he has declared for the 2023 NBA Draft. His defense is the calling card and helps set a high floor. His ceiling is something of an unknown since he likely didn’t have the opportunity to showcase all his offensive skills at Houston. How will that affect his draft stock? Regardless, it seems unlikely that he’ll fall outside the lottery.

Arthur Kaluma (Creighton), Norchad Omier (Miami), Kobe Brown (Missouri), and DaRon Holmes (Dayton) were all late additions to the NBA Early Entry list, which closed on Sunday at 11:59pm ET.
