Description

Brianna Grigsby is an ultrarunner based out of Tucson, AZ who is on the Aravaipa Racing Team and has had multiple top finishes at some of the most competitive ultramarathons in the country! This includes placing in the top 5 at Black Canyon 100k and Bandera 100K, top 10 at Javelina Jundred, and tons of podium and first place finishes.
What’s awesome about Brianna is that although she doesn’t have a traditional running background, she was able to become a high performing runner through training hard, believing in herself, and setting big goals for herself.
And in this episode, Brianna covers a wide range of topics including how to fuel smarter, dealing with body image when it comes to running, how she approaches her training, and a powerful way that she approaches her goals when it comes to racing.
Huge thank you to Brianna for coming on the show!
