Barry an independent software architect and developer with a passion for the cloud. He is also a Pluralsight author and a podcast host. Barry’s first podcast is called Developer Weekly, and he is the author of the book 200 Things Developers Should Know, which is available on Amazon. Alongside his professional career, Barry struggled with his health for a long time, and traditional medicine failed to help him. As a lifelong learner, Barry emerged himself in the world of systems biology and functional medicine, analyzing his health from a whole-body, holistic viewpoint. Throughout his journey, he has learned a lot about health, longevity, nutrition, exercise, sleep, toxins and relaxation, and continues to learn and improve. As a teacher, he now converts my knowledge into content that will help you to feel better and live longer.
