She works with women to help restore their metabolic health in order to recover from hormone imbalances, restore periods, and cure digestive dysfunction. She has one little boy and is currently pregnant. We talk about giving yourself a ton of grace during your pregnancy and motherhood journey. When you’re in the wellness space and interested in holistic health, you can wind up putting a lot of pressure on yourself to expect things to happen a certain way.
