In this episode we're talking about heavy metals, but specifically focusing on baby food. I must warn you, and not to be dramatic, but this one made me queasy.

We believe that baby food is pure, like our babies. We trust companies to put the purest ingredients in baby food, right? Or at the very least take some responsibility for the safety of the product.

Unfortunately, the U.S. House of Representatives report that was released in February 2021 pulls back the curtain on seven major baby food brands - both organic and conventional baby food brands - to reveal the undeniable presence of cadmium, arsenic, lead and mercury in baby food products.
