he Golden Knights suffered a frustrating loss on home ice Tuesday night, as the Sharks Timo Meier broke a 2-2 tie with a power play goal and San Jose extended its win streak to three games with a 5-2 win. The Sharks added a couple of empty net goals after the Meier goal. VGK with goals by Eichel and Marchessault in the game, but the Golden Knights could not score in the third period as they lost their second straight game. Chris Gawlik asked Bruce Cassidy about second period woes this season, but Cassidy was too frustrated to give a direct answer.
