Mindset & spiritual mentor, author and speaker Joe Hehn epitomizes what the Starting Over podcast is all about. He suffered tremendously with the loss of his wife to a rare form of cancer but awakened to a transformative spiritual journey and quest for meaning, peace and purpose in life. He shares his heart-warming and inspiring story on this episode, which contains pearls of wisdom for anyone moving through pain, loss and grief. We also discuss topics such as reincarnation, past lives, spiritual mediums & communication with those who have ‘passed over’ (the timing of which is incredibly uncanny for me as we recorded this conversation the day prior to a huge loss in my life). In the second part of this episode, we focus on Joe’s professional work and specifically 10 mindset tools we can use to channel our highest self and manifest our most peaceful, abundant and joyous life.
