For this meditation, we will be using the Emotional Freedom Technique called Tapping to release fear and anxiety and create new pathways of love, acceptance and peace within the body and mind.


Much of our stress and fear is stored in our limbic system - which is a part of the brain developed pre-verbally and doesn’t always respond to words alone.


By tapping various meridians and acupuncture points on the body - we send an electromagnetic pulse that helps to break the emotional circuit and calm the limbic system, letting the body and mind know  - everything is O.K., By doing so, we can release old traumas and reactivity and replace them with more empowering and truthful beliefs!
