My Top 5 Tips for Creating Your ROL (Rank Order List)
Match day is slowly creeping closer. the thought of not matching terrifies you then I want you to put serious consideration into how you create your rank order list.
In this episode, I share the top evidence backed resources on how to create a rank order list.  The key point here are:

Tap into mutual like-ability from interview day and post interview communication

Only rank programs that you interviewed at (unless they tell you otherwise)

Rank according to where you want to go

Exercise emotional intelligence in this process

Avoid last minute changes to your list
