She is a nationally-certified first aid instructor with the Canadian Red Cross, a Child Passenger Safety Technician-Instructor with the Child Passenger Safety Association of Canada (CPSAC), and a member of the International Association for Child Safety (IAFCS).
She is also a mom to two daughters, ages 2 and 5.
