Description

Recently in a social media post a friend used the phrase "fiercely kind" which really stuck in my mind, although to be honest I wasn't exactly sure what it meant. At one end of the spectrum we can be too kind-hearted for our own good, which is a kind way of saying we are being doormats to others. On the other end of the spectrum, we might think we know what is best for others and run them over with our ferocity. Being fiercely kind falls somewhere in the middle of those two extremes where we make kindness a priority without coming across as pushy or all-knowing. In this week's podcast I reflect more deeply on the idea of fierce kindness and tap to help make that a priority.
