Description

Sometimes we find inspiration in the strangest places. A few weeks ago I attended the On Air Fest, an event for podcast creators and podcast fans. One of my favorite presentations was given by Shima Oliaee who was one of the producers for Dolly Parton's America. During the presentation Shima shared a number of lessons she learned from interviewing Dolly and working on the project. Dolly is clearly a woman who feels deeply. When talking about how she deals with positive and negative emotions she said, "When I feel an emotion I am fully committed to it." This week's podcast explores what being "fully committed" to our emotions means and how we can use this idea to get more out of our tapping. You can find the full tapping script of this audio as a pdf over at Tapping Q and A Podcast Scripts and Transcripts. Support the podcast!
