Description

One of the most difficult ideas that my clients wrestle with is that of forgiveness and I have found that they often lack a clear understanding of what forgiveness is and what it is not. When we forgive someone else it can feel like we are saying it is okay, that they don't have to take responsibility for their actions, or that they are allowed to hurt us again. This is NOT what forgiveness is! Instead forgiveness is the process of choosing no longer to be stuck in the past emotionally. In this episode I define what I understand forgiveness is and what it is not. This will help you to embrace forgiveness in a healthier way. I also demonstrate how I tap for this idea of forgiveness to make it even easier to integrate.
