Description

Most people believe that things have to be perfect in order for them to move forward. Then, when an obstacle pops up or their plan isn't working, they quit way too soon. At best they try to force things to be a certain way which causes tons of frustration and pain. In this episode, we talk about how to let go of the idea that there's ever ANYTHING that's perfect. The quest for perfection is really the quest for certainty. We want to know how things will work out and what will happen next, but in our need for certainty we miss out on the growth is available to us all along. Knowing that things will never be perfect allows you to be aware of the adjustments you can make in the moment. Remember, planes never fly perfectly to their destination, they literally "fail their way to success." If you're ready to give up the perfectionism that's holding you back, then let's dive in!
