Well today’s guest, Kristin Johnson, has grown her investment portfolio by helping landlords who want “out” of the business. Kristin started her career in Real Estate in 2002, working as a Senior Paralegal at a nationwide real estate investment firm. In 2010, Kristin co- founded Independence Capital, a property management company based New Mexico. Her initial goal was to manage 100 doors and within 3 years of launching her business grew to 600 doors. Kristin serves on the Property Management Advisory Committee for the New Mexico Real Estate Commission, and is the 2018 NARPM Regional Vice President Ambassador for the Southwest Region. In her spare time, Kristin enjoys hiking, working in the yard, and spending time with her family. Her most recent passion has been expanding her property management company to Arizona.
