What distinguishes her from others in her field of expertise is she has a long record of successfully guiding local and national clients (Walgreen’s, McDonald’s, Chase Bank to name a few) with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations and consulting services. Pamela is the founder and CEO of Goodwin Commercial based in Dallas, TX, a boutique commercial real estate and consulting firm specializing in developing retail and restaurant pad sites.
