Description

EPISODE 448: In this week’s episode of The Real Estate InvestHER Show, we sit down with one of the most inspiring women we’ve ever met.
Her name is Sarah Miskelly and her story is fascinating.
Sarah is a mother and former realtor. Her story starts when she was three-years-old and met her father for the first time. She says that meeting him changed the trajectory of her life. He was a real estate investor and became her guiding light and the first person who inspired her to join the world of entrepreneurship and real estate.
At the age of sixteen, Sarah’s father passed away unexpectedly and she was thrust into managing his multifamily properties on her own.
By the time she was twenty-four, she started venturing into real estate sales. She worked hard and became the top agent under thirty at Keller Williams Toronto for three consecutive years, taking her earnings from zero to $400K in just four years.
Over time, she built a multi-million-dollar passive real estate investment portfolio.
Today, Sarah is a remote real estate investor. She has also grown more passionate about educating and creating investment opportunities for others in real estate. This is why now Sarah’s principal mission is all about empowering women to harness the power of passive income. She is committed to bridging the wealth gap between genders by educating women on passive real estate investing.
Through financial literacy, and building women's knowledge and confidence as investors, she aims to help them achieve financial freedom.
In this episode, Sarah will be discussing her life story, the hardest lesson she had to learn when she took over her dad’s properties as a sixteen-year-old, the biggest challenges she faced as a real estate investor, and more.
