Krista has now sold over 2,000 homes in her 18+ year career by being different, doing things in a unique way, and doing them over and over. How amazing is that! She has averaged more than 100 homes sold per year of her real estate career.We're lucky enough to hear Krista share what those unique, different things were so that we too can follow the same path she did. Being a successful Real Estate Agent is not rocket science. It's quite simple, but far from easy. I'd go as far as to say being a Realtor is extremely difficult. But if you'll focus on building the skills required to be an excellent marketer, you'll be able to stand out above the other real estate agents in your market, and be seen doing it. Krista and I also talked at length about the importance of finding a legit mentor, or hiring a coach to help guide you down the correct path in the shortest amount if time possible. One of the biggest mistakes I made in my career was refusing to hire a coach or take a course to learn how to master lead generation. I kept telling myself that "I couldn't afford it" and because of that, it cost much more money over a much longer period of time. Hire a real estate coach! Take a course! Find a mentor!
