Description

Feeling "overwhelmed" is something I hear from all ages with and without ADHD! The added challenge when you live with a supercharged brain is that while feeling mentally and emotionally overwhelmed, you don't always have the skill to break down the overwhelm on your own.  In this episode, I will share what it feels like to feel overwhelmed both at school and in life. I also share a simple, but helpful takeaway that you can try to keep that "ballooning" task in front of you from popping. My takeway hint is "one step at a time."  Shifting from I need to "try harder" to "I need to try it in a different way" can also easy the stress as you find what works best for your uniquely wired brain!  I am really hoping some of you are beginning to feel courageous to take the step of sharing your voice on this podcast. If not, that's ok too, I just know your friends listening would love to hear from you! Email katelynmabry4@gmail.com if you would like to share! Visit my website www.katelynmabry.com to order my book or to schedule a free 15 min ADHD coaching consultion. I would love to be here for you any possible on this ADHD journey! Sending my love and gratirude for you choosing to be here with me! Have a blessed day!
