Description

Keith Littlewood, or more affectionately known as Tommo, has been in the health and fitness world for more than 20 years, working as a CHEK practitioner, neuromuscular therapist and functional medicine practitioner. Most recently however, he satisfied his ultimate passion for helping people with hormone and energy related issues that affect digestion, sleep, mood, fertility and health with a Masters of Science in Endocrinology.  But he’s not done yet as he’s about to embark on a PhD in Endocrinology as well.
Tommo is an absolute wealth of knowledge and has so much information, I really had trouble with keeping this short, so this episode is jam packed with everything you need to know about the neurobiology of sleep.
