The Golden Knights saw their five-game win streak snapped by the Tampa Bay Lightning on Tuesday night, 4-3 in the final game before the NHL's mandated holiday pause. Mark Stone scored two goals before departing with an injury after playing nearly 8 minutes in the game. Nick Roy scored the other VGK goal on a spectacular 1 on 3 goal. Steven Stamkos scored the game-winner for the Bolts on a power play. The Golden Knights played without four key players including goalie Robin Lehner and defenseman Alex Pietrangelo. VGK will next play Monday, December 27, at T-Mobile Arena.
