My IMPACT PMO Leader mindset shifts are critical for PMO leaders. Working through the steps means that you have your oxygen mask securely fastened BEFORE helping others. If you went through the mindset series via podcast or blog, you’re probably brimming with many great ideas that you are excited to implement. Especially if you downloaded all of those worksheets that went with each of those episodes, you've already started taking notes and you've got your ideas.  For this episode, we will look at a few different areas that you might want to consider when you're thinking about putting some of your new ideas into place. I put together a little cheat sheet for you of all of the steps that I'm going to go through today so that you've got something to write down, your thoughts, your ideas, and your action plan to make sure you actually take action on the new ideas that you have on the areas of opportunity that you're seeing.
