Description
Lindsey discusses with Dr. Martin Kulldorff how to adequately protect those at high risk for Coronavirus, while balancing the great number of people who are at low risk for infection and death, who want to be going about their daily lives.
Dr. Kulldorff is a professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. His research centers around early detection and monitoring of infectious disease outbreaks, and post-marketing surveillance of drug and vaccine safety.
He along with two other doctors are authors of the Great Barrington Declaration, in which they express grave concerns about damaging physical and mental impacts of COVID-19 policies, such as lockdowns. The Great Barrington Declaration has been signed by over 660,000 concerned citizens and medical practitioners.
We also talk about the development of a vaccine, what herd immunity really means, and why this focused protection approach will save lives in the long run.
