Description

On today's listener episode I got the opportunity to talk with Natasha B. Natasha went through a breakup about 7 months prior to our interview after being with her partner for 2.5 years. Her breakup came unexpected and without closure, which is such a good example and situation of how you can put so much into a relationship and do so many things right - but can't fix a relationship that isn't with the right person. She talks about her journey of how she came to realize that, and in turn move on from that. In her breakup, Natasha doesn't follow the No Contact Rule - which is something I talk about often, but it's a great opportunity to hear from someone who did have contact with their ex throughout their breakup and how that factored into her overall healing process.   This is such a great episode on starting fresh, and a real & true example of overcoming struggle and heartbreak.   To find out which Break Up Bestie Course is right for you, click the link to take the quiz and get matched with the best solution for you: https://breakupbestie.typeform.com/to/x0WglwDO   To learn about all of my courses: https://www.breakupbestie.com/courses
