For Kim, that’s her close friend and coach, Sarah Seads.Sarah Seads is an accomplished trail ultra runner and athlete who seeks all forms of adventure. She was a pioneer in the outdoor fitness movement in the Comox Valley with the creation of her company Equilibrium Lifestyle Management and she has been changing lives ever since.Over the years her business and her sense of purpose has evolved as much as she has.
