A door has opened with the rise of immersive experience. Immersive experience can be fun, and wondrous, mind bending, but it can also aid incredible empathy in a way that very few other things can. The privilege of escape is an escape room and an experience that uses this fact to address the real world problems of privilege and social inequity.
