Description
Today's podcast guest is French-Canadian World Masters Games dual Gold Medallist - Nathalie Porlier.Nathalie and I met several years ago in Auckland at the World Masters Games, and bonded over our love of swimming and have been long-distance friends ever since. Nathalie is an advocate for all things masters swimming and it was lovely connecting with her and discussing her approach to training; racing; travelling to masters meets; swim camps and her professional life as a Myotherapist. What is life like as a masters swimmer in Montreal, Canada? How exciting was it when her home city hosted the 2014 FINA World titles and what does she see moving forward with her swimming when everyone can finally travel to swim meets again. It was a lovely chat and I could listen all day to her accent.
