Oscar Olsson is one of the most well-known Swimrunners in the world and has the personality to match. His enthusiasm for Swimrun and the community is infectious and we had a great time chatting with him about his Swimrun journey.In this interview, we chatted about his athletic background and how he found Swimrun and fell in love with the sport. We also chatted about his preparation for races including the ÖTILLÖ World Championship and races of the first impression. We talked about the mental side of training and how he’s been handing the curveball that COVID has thrown to the world. He shared his experiences racing Catalina and how he just popped in and raced the World Championship at the last minute one year.Oscar runs his own gym and coaching business, o2Tri in Gothenburg Sweden.
