Feel free to reach out and let us know if there’s anything that you’d like for us to mention on the show.Show BusinessOne last reminder: if you’re racing SwimrunNC, make sure to join us for a shakeout Swimrun at 3pm after packet pickup to do some final gear checks and scope out a bit of the course. Plus there will be fika at the end. Get all the info on FB here. One Water Race Part II: Rob PrestonIt was so great to chat with Rob about his team’s experience at the One Water Race. Team 8 - Australia had an awesome race and Rob really helped paint a picture of what it took to finish in 2nd place. In this conversation we chatted about why he decided to put a team together, how they trained, and what it was like being out there for 49 hours and 52 minutes. Rob is an adventure racing legend and it was cool getting to know him and now introducing him to all our listeners. Enjoy! That’s it for this week’s show.
