This deflecting of decision making is what Kristen terms as ‘outsourcing thoughts and actions.’ And it isn’t always a bad thing - until it is.   When faced with a decision, whether it’s personal or business related, it can seem like a good idea at the time to ask more trusted figures in your life for their feedback or opinions.
